Reserving and Pricing of Ragdoll Kittens

To be placed on our waiting list we require you to share with us a little about the home one of our fur babies will be going to and just what you are looking for in the way of color, pattern and sex. This information will be used to help make sure the kitten you choose will fit into your life style. Every kitten has its own personalilty and the kitten you choose may not be suited to your family. Share as much as you can about your daily activities.

• Do you currently have any pets and what type are they?
• Have you owned a cat is the past?
• If you have no pets now, did you have any in the past?
• How do you feel about letting your Ragdoll go outdoors?
• What about de-clawing you kitten/cat? Is this something you would like to do?
• How will your kitten/cat be taken care of while you are on vacation?
• Do you have children and if so what are their ages.

Prices for Pet Quality kittens -- $745.00 Canadian.

This is an all inclusive price and there are no other charges. Call me for U.S. Dollar price (U.S. funds based on Exchange rate). There is no extra charge for Show Quality Kittens. I feel if you are going to spend the money showing the kitten, then this is basically free advertising for me, so all kittens pet and show are the same price.

Kittens leaving my home are

• spayed/neuter (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• dewormed
• released no earlier than 13 weeks
• 2 year health gaurantee for hereditary or genetic defects
• A CCA kitten registration slip
• Five generation pedigree

There are 2 ways to secure a kitten--

1--   A $100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure a spot on my waiting list.  With this deposit your choice will be in the order I have received deposits for the first available kitten that meets your requirements (sex, color, pattern) as well as fitting into your lifestyle. ( Please know that I always have first choice of all kittens). A second $150 is required when the kitten is 6 weeks of age and the remainder, when the kitten is picked up in the form of Cash or Money Order.

2--   Placed on a waiting list with no deposit. With this method I will contact you when I have a kitten that meets your requirements (sex, color, pattern) as well as fitting into your lifestyle. If you decide you would like this kitten then A $200.00 non-refundable deposit will then be required to hold the kitten for you and the remainder will be due when the kitten is picked up. Please understand that those who have given a deposit receive first choice of kitten.

Deposits can be in the form of a cheque (canadian only) or money order made out in my name and not the name of the cattery . Cash is required at pick up.

1. The Vendor and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the kitten/cat is being purchased as a Pet.

2. The Vendor agrees to supply kitten registration papers, medical records and feeding instructions.

3. The Vendor retains the right of first option on the re-purchase of kitten/cat.

4. The Vendor guarantees that the above kitten/cat is in good health at time of purchase and has received all age appropriate vaccinations.

5. The Vendor provides a 72 hour Limited Warranty against upper respiratory infection, fleas, worms, fungus or ear mites.

6. If the kitten described below, dies within 2 years of purchase date, due to a hereditary or genetic defect, and the Vendor is still breeding Ragdolls, then the Vendor will replace the kitten. The Vendor must receive proof of the defect in the form of a complete autopsy report to be submitted by a licensed Veterinarian before replacement will occur. The Vendor is not obligated to replace with exact color, sex or pattern, although the Vendor will make every attempt to do so and is subject to the availability of kittens.

7. The Vendor reserves the right to get a second opinion from her own Veterinarian before honoring any of the above Guarantees or Warranties.

8. The Purchaser is responsible for a veterinarian health check within 72 Hours of possession to confirm the kitten is in good health. The Vendor is not liable for any expenses (veterinary or otherwise) incurred by the Purchaser, and the Vendor retains the right to corroborate any diagnosis and may upon request ask for a second opinion from a veterinarian of the Vendor's choice. If your Veterinarian finds any physical problems, which make it a poor health risk, you may return the cat to vendor within 72 Hours of receipt for a full refund, or exchange if available. Purchaser shall be responsible for all return costs.

9. The Purchaser agrees all health guarantees are void if the kitten/cat is vaccinated with the FIP vaccination.

10. The Purchaser agrees this kitten/cat is not to be declawed without the permission of the Vendor or ALL guarantees (health, genetic, etc) are VOIDED

11. The Purchaser agrees under no circumstance is this kitten/cat to be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

12. The Purchaser agrees not to resell, transfer, or give away the kitten/cat. If at anytime the Purchaser is no longer able to care for the above named kitten/cat, the Purchaser must contact the Vendor immediately. The Vendor agrees to resume ownership of said kitten/cat, until a new home can be found.

13. The Purchaser agrees adequate sanitary facilities must be provided, and this kitten/cat will not be allowed to roam outdoors.

14. Purchaser agrees to keep the Breeder informed of any illness, congenital problem, or non-lethal defect that is found by a licensed Veterinarian pertaining to the kitten/cat named below.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT
